We take great care to ensure that all items are carefully checked for quality, that they are carefully packaged and then packed well for safe shipping however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Charcot complies with requirements of the current Consumer Rights Act and current Consumer Contract Regulations.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Charcot must receive returned items within 14 calendar days of your notification to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
Providing the criteria for returning items has been complied with, Charcot will offer to replace the item or supply other goods to a value not exceeding the original price paid or provide a full refund including postage costs.
No refunds will be given for silk items taken out of the original packaging unless found to be defective.
In the unlikely event that a silk item is found to be defective, Charcot will offer to replace the item or supply other goods to a value not exceeding the original price paid or provide a full refund including postage costs.
Approved refunds will be made within 14 calendar days to your original method of payment.
You will receive your refund within the period specified under the terms of your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
